Jeremy Fox’s Midwestern-and-Jewish-inspired Bergamot room served its last meal Dec 31, 2025—matzo ball soup, pickle plates, rose petal pie, and six-and-a-half years of family-table warmth. The Michigan Avenue chapter closed under hard economics; Birdie G’s is set to return at Fairmont Century Plaza. We’re keeping the Santa Monica memory warm until the next room opens.
